About the School
The OMKARA International School of Leela Facilitators is the largest system for training people who seek to grasp Leela and gain skills in guiding the game. It offers in-depth understanding and expertise from the most experienced master and the highly qualified OMKARA team.
Founded by Vladimir Skobolev (Omkar) in 2020, the School aims to impart knowledge and years of experience with this tool. It brings together Leela enthusiasts from around the world, committed to studying, mastering, and applying this ancient self-discovery tool to help connect with their own paths and further develop into master facilitators of the game for others.

PROFESSION
This is a three-tiered system for training and developing Leela facilitators aimed to expand experience, skills, and get accreditation that certifies the facilitator's qualifications and professional level within the OMKARA School.
Training Path
01
Leela.Cognition
The course introduces the history and philosophy of Leela, understanding of its fundamental meanings and rules, and the significance of each square and level in modern interpretation. You will undergo a profound personal transformation process, broaden your worldview, and acquire basic skills in facilitating the Leela game.

Leela.Immersion
The course explores a deeper insight into the meanings of squares, rows on the board, and the systems embedded within. You will develop the ability to form your own vision of the squares and their connections within the game, learn to identify and reveal them to players. You will undergo supervision, gain practical experience in facilitating Leela in various formats, and understand the psychology of the process while uncovering your unique traits as a Leela facilitator.

Leela.Initiation
This training course provides for advanced skills in game facilitation and a comprehensive overall understanding. You'll learn to apply game practice fundamentals, manage process dynamics, and collaborate with other Leela facilitators within the shared field. You will master maintaining your role and resourceful state in unconventional and challenging situations. The course culminates in the Initiation by the School founder Omkar (Vladimir Skobelev)

OMKAR is a master of the ancient transformational game Leela, having adapted this tool of self-discovery for the modern man and introduced it to thousands of people across dozens of countries. Since 2010, he has been dedicated to researching and popularizing the Leela game.
